An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Neighbourhood Apprentice (Housing) to join our Housing Operations Team. You will undertake a range of duties across the Neighbourhood and Enforcement Team; responsible for managing neighbourhoods, council tenancies, anti-social behaviour and customer engagements teams. You will develop your customer service skills and learn about tenancy management and how we look after and support the elderly, disabled and vulnerable people in our borough.

It is essential you have an interest in housing and are passionate about providing excellent services. You will need excellent communication skills and be an excellent team player. You will also need the commitment and motivation to undertake a Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship qualification.

We would also welcome applications from graduates looking to change career paths or pursue a career in housing.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.

Assessments will be held on 23 August 2019.

Interviews will be held on 29 August 2019.
